Walk from Cranleigh to Godalming (approx. 18km)
Evening Service at St John’s Busbridge
FRIDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER (finish 15:00)

Following on from a pilgrimage in Viborg Diocese
in September 2023 with 8 clergy from Guildford Diocese and 8 from Viborg we will be strengthening our interdiocesan link with a pilgrimage in the Guildford Diocese.
We invite up to 10 clergy from each diocese to walk through the beautiful Surrey countryside including the Pilgrim’s Way, Surrey Hills and River Wey. We will be staying overnight with church members in Dorking, Cranleigh and Godalming, having speakers each evening, worshipping and praying together, experiencing different traditions of church and learning about ministry from one another.
Practical Information
Clergy from Viborg will be met at Stansted airport on Tuesday afternoon and driven to the start of
the pilgrimage in Woking. Clergy from Guildford should make their own way to Woking. All expenses (except flights from Denmark. The Diocese of Viborg will cover the expenses of flights) including food, accommodation in local homes and transport will be covered by Guildford Diocese. Luggage will be transferred by car.
